Quarterly Financial Report

The Financial Administration Act requires that all departments and parent Crown corporations prepare and make public a quarterly financial report within 60 days after the end of the corporation's fiscal quarter to which the report relates for the first three fiscal quarters of the fiscal year.  This standard is issued by the Treasury Board Secretariat to provide parent Crown corporations with the form and content of the quarterly financial report under the authority of section 131.1 of the Financial Administration Act.  There is no requirement for an audit or review of the financial statements included in the quarterly financial report.
